To link layers, follow these short steps:

  1. Select the layers or layer groups in the Layers panel.
  2. Click the Link Layers icon at the bottom of the Layers panel. A link icon appears to the right of the layer name in the Layers panel. To remove a link, click the Link Layers icon again.

To create a hyperlink from the image, select the image and with the image selected, go to edit, add link, and enter the link url into the box. You can also use the shortcut command K. Click ok, close the preferences panel and you’re finished.

It’s not possible to insert a hyperlink within a PNG or JPG image. Instead, you would hyperlink the entire image which would be done outside of Snappa. If you create a Facebook Ad for example, the entire image will automatically be hyperlinked.
